Transitioning a heritage brand into a seamless e-commerce experience meant preserving trust while improving usability. Their old site lacked structure, product education, and clarity. Customers didn’t understand the benefits of products or how to choose the right ones. The system also lacked easy consultation booking, navigation, and SEO best practices.
We designed an intuitive site that was visually grounded in their Ayurvedic identity. Wireframes and UI were planned with a focus on clarity, product discovery, and storytelling. We added ingredient explanations, personalized shopping flows, and doctor consultation forms. The content was rewritten for both SEO and emotional resonance, and we ensured a smooth, mobile-optimized checkout process using PhonePe.
